How an engagement works

    A consultation call

    We start by listening — to your district's goals, your school's specific needs, or the community you're trying to reach. No canned proposal before this conversation happens.

    A plan built around your school

    We design the workshop, giveaway, kit program, or consulting engagement to fit what you actually told us, then line up sponsorship or resources where needed.

  3. 3

    Delivery and follow-up support

    We run the event or the engagement, then check back in — this isn't a one-and-done handoff.

Meet the founders

Jade Hughes

Founder & CEO

Jade spent years in the K-12 classroom before founding Success and Action, and it shows in how the organization is run. She holds a Master's in Educational Leadership along with a second master's degree, and is currently completing a Doctorate in Education Administration. Education runs in her family, and that background shapes a straightforward belief at the center of the work: teachers do better when the people around them show up with real support, not paperwork.

Charles Hughes

Co-Founder & COO

Charles leads operations and strategic growth at Success and Action, turning Jade's vision for classroom support into programs that actually run on schedule and within budget. He builds the sponsorship relationships, district partnerships, and logistics that let the organization keep its promises to the schools and communities it serves.

Programs like these don't run on their own. Local businesses fund them.

Every classroom kit, every giveaway table, every appreciation event is made possible by sponsors who want to see their community's schools succeed. Here's specifically what a sponsorship funds.

Program development

Funds the planning behind every workshop and consulting engagement — the research, curriculum design, and staff time that make a program fit a specific school.

Supplies & classroom kits
